Kelly Williams Kelly Williams was a Rotary Youth Exchange Student in 1987-1988. She spent her year in Brasilia, Brazil. She went on to get her Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Business Administration, International Business. Kelly returned to live and work in Brazil from 1991-1995 before settling near her hometown of Marshallville, Ohio (south of Akron). Today she is natively fluent in Portuguese, has advanced fluency in Spanish and speaks intermediate French. Over the past 18 years, Kelly has held management level positions in several multinational firms, including manufacturing, service industries and as a commercial and residential realtor. She has been a Rotarian for four years, currently serving as Rebound Chair for the Medina Rotary Club, District 6630. | 
Candice McMurphy  Candice McMurphy was a Rotary Youth Exchange Student in 1992-1993. She spent her year in Maringa, Brazil (see picture on left). She went on to get her Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics. Candice was a member of United States Coast Guard from 1993-2001. She is originally from Vassar Michigan, and today she is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish, and has traveled extensively with both Rotary and Youth Exchange utilizing her language abilities.
Over the past 15 years, Candice has held executive management level positions in the Mortgage Industry, Real Estate, as well as with the U.S. Coast Guard. She has been a Rotarian for the past 3 years, and is currently the Youth Exchange Chair for the Capitol Square Rotary Club, in Columbus Ohio, the Inbound Youth Exchange Chair for district 6690. |
| Members of the Board | Tim Stonecipher An attorney and former President of the London Rotary Club, London Ohio, Tim has been an RYE Host Parent and an active Rotarian in RYE. He is a former President of the Board of Columbus State Community College. He has also been extremely active in his community, including being on the boards of a chamber of commerce, hospice, children's home, and civic organizations . Tim has degrees in both Law and Engineering and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is married and has four children. Bill & Jeanne McMurray Bill has been a Rotarian for 16 years and since 2000 has been the creator and leader on the Ohio-Erie Rotary Multi-District's Eastern and Western Trips. Bill is a 30 year travel professional and a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. He is married and the father of two. His youngest Daughter Liz was an RYE student in Turkey in 2005-06 and his oldest daughter Lexi a Rotary Trip Chaperone for 6 years. He is active his community, including stints on the Boards of his Rotary Club and the local Chamber of Commerce. He is a former journalist and has a degree in U.S. History. |
